Part 2: How to Find Google Chrome Profile Location for Specific User

Locations of Google Chrome are:
  • Windows 7, 8.1, and 10: C:Users<username>AppDataLocalGoogleChromeUser DataDefault
  • Mac OS X El Capitan: Users/<username>/Library/Application Support/Google/Chrome/Default
  • Linux: /home/<username>/.config/google-chrome/default
Just replace Username with your Windows account name. Alternatively, you can follow the steps below to find the profile location if you have more than one account. Otherwise, you cannot recognize the profile folder of the specific user. Here is the tutorial.
  1. Input chrome://version to the address bar and hit Enter.
  2. Find out the Profile Path of your current account. Copy the path and paste to address bar in This PC.
